Abstract

Ideation, which is the generation of ideas, is the most cruicial step in the early stage of innovation projects. This phase is often called the fuzzy front-end of innovation. Even though this stadium of an innovation project is mandatory for the overall success of the project. Often, creativity methods like brainstorming, 635 Method or Synectics are applied for ideation purpose. This paper presents a concept for the multi-player online game refQuest incorporating concepts from Gordon´s Synectics method.
