Diversity

LogDynamics and the institutions in which its members work strive to create a diverse environment that offers equal opportunities for all.

At the University of Bremen, for example, diversity management is closely linked to approaches to anti-discrimination and equal opportunities, as well as to internationalization and interculturalism, and is centrally managed by the Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity. The University of Bremen has been certified as a family-friendly university since 2007.

Bremen University of Applied Sciences considers diversity to be a cross-cutting issue and promotes it with tailored offerings. External audits regularly confirm that these measures are successful. For example, HSB was certified by the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft (Donors' Association for the Promotion of Sciences and Humanities in Germany) as part of the “Shaping Diversity” audit.

Under the motto “All aboard,” Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences is committed to equal opportunities and participation in everyday university life. To this end, a series of measures for all students and university members are being implemented in the spirit of a “campus for all.”
